Your first consultation is the most important one, as we will begin to plan and design your wedding. We cover the basics: who, what, where, and when, and together, we’ll figure out the how!
Every wedding is unique, just like every couple. So, to offer cookie-cutter packages just seems silly to us! Instead, included in each package is a custom and thoroughly outlined detailed timeline, action-plan, and schedule of events. It’s a fluid document that is updated throughout the planning process.
This customized events plan will keep you organized in the months prior to your wedding, and we will make sure to keep you on track so you don’t fall behind. The Soirée Bar is happy to coordinate logistics with your vendors including transportation, band, florist, caterers, and more in advance of your wedding.
Full-Service and Partial Planning
Are you just starting to plan your wedding and realize you need some extra help? There are many small details to consider, and making decisions and trying to come up with viable solutions can become difficult very quickly. Trying to do everything yourself just might turn you into a crazy person, and The Soirée Bar is here to prevent that from happening! Full-service and partial planning packages prices start at $2,250 and are adjusted accordingly depending on the individual wedding.
Day-Of Wedding Coordination
Have you already started your wedding planning experience and have booked your venue, sent your invitations, and secured your vendors? We all know that sometimes you might need an extra pair of hands to help you at your wedding. That might include moving flowers from your ceremony to your venue, taking inventory for all your rentals, floral and décor set-up and breakdown, being the point person for all your hired vendors, or having a trusted person make sure your wedding presents are packed up and cared for properly. Or maybe you just need to float ideas across a pro and get some advice. We have you covered with our day-of wedding coordination services! We will make sure that nothing is overlooked for your big day and guide you through the remaining planning process. Day-of wedding coordination packages prices typically range from $850-$1,500.
